Group Time: Social and Emotional Development, language and literacy development, Cognitive development (Social systems understanding), creativity, approaches to learning. (Preschoolers and toddlers) While welcoming our preschoolers to daycare, we will be also encouraging the toddlers to sit down with us and participate as well.

This week we will take a day and talk about different cultures and what they celebrate. Today we will discus Chinese new year. Each friend will learn what their animal zodiac. We will also look at a book of Chinese new year. And I have a dragon that is a decoration to show the children. And I'll also have a chop sticks for the kids to pick up pom-pom with. In home living we have Chinese spoons to play with. We will have a very busy morning!
