Fairy tale week....

Group Time: Social and Emotional Development, language and literacy development, Cognitive development (Social systems understanding), creativity, approaches to learning. (Preschoolers and toddlers) While welcoming our preschoolers to daycare, we will be also encouraging the toddlers to sit down with us and participate as well.

Toddler: We will sing "Where is __(Friend's name)___, where is __(repeat name)_____, please stand up, please stand up, do a little wave, do a little dance, please sit down, please sit down."This week we have been talking about fairy tales. For my younger children I'll be more finger puppets and flannel stories. Today will be the three little bears..

Preschool: We will sing "Where is __(Friend's name)___, where is __(repeat name)_____, please stand up, please stand up, do a little wave, do a little dance, please sit down, please sit down." This week we will be talking about fairy tales. We will also be implementing what is a author and illustrator, nonfiction to fiction books. (This will be all week long, not just today.)
