Group Time: Social and Emotional Development, language and literacy development, Cognitive development (Social systems understanding), creativity, approaches to learning. (Preschoolers and toddlers) While welcoming our preschoolers to daycare, we will be also encouraging the toddlers to sit down with us and participate as well.

Today we will be talking about Japaneses culture... I have some fun stuff to show the children (Will's family used to live in Japan and his brother has a ton of stuff, he let me borrow.) I have a few fans to show the children, I have few letters from other children. Books, bowls to eat soup from, and a book called "Japan".

This week we haven't had a chance to go over skills do to our group times being so long in the morning. But we will try to get to them through out the day.
